Homeschool Aquanauts

13 & Under

Beginners, new to swimming.

Able to swim 25 yards freestyle.


Training objectives: Learn stroke fundamentals and technique. Develop the endurance necessary to integrate into other training groups.


A lower coach to swimmer ratio allows for more individual attention.


Swimmers may participate in some home meets, by invite.

Homeschool Beginner

13 & Under

Beginners, new to the competitive team.

Able to swim 50 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke.


Training objectives: Learn competitive swimming techniques and rules. 


Swimmers should participate in all Home meets, and some USA meets with coach's approval.

 Novice to intermediate homeschool swimmers.


Training objectives: Develop competitive swimming techniques.

Advanced homeschool swimmers.

Proficient in all strokes.


Training objectives: Work to perfect competitive swimming techniques.  Build endurance in and learn the drills associated with the 4 competitive strokes.


Swimmers should participate in all home meets and most USA meets.
